Chickie'S "Hamburger Stuff" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    2 cans (16 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    couple dashes salt and pepper
    couple dashes onion salt
    couple dashes garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and chopped onions. Drain excess fat.
    Add canned ingredients to pan.
    Mix, then add peppers (cut into long strips) and all seasonings.
    Mix well. Cover with lid.
    Cook over low to medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours (until peppers are soft). Serve over white rice.
