Tapioca Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O tapioca pudding
    1 can tart cherries
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 can pineapple bits
    1 to 2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Drain fruit well.
    Add orange juice to reserved juice to make 3-cups liquid.
    Cook with tapioca until thick.
    Cool.
    Fold in fruit.
    Add bananas just before serving.
