Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 large onions
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. rice, precooked
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 cloves fresh garlic
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of marjoram
    2 cabbages
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cabbage and hold out 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Core heads of cabbage.
    Put in boiling water and cook until limber.
    Drain and cool.
    Peel off large veins.
    Place meat on cabbage leaves and roll up. Place in pan and cover with the other tomato sauce that has been thinned down with some water. Cover and cook about 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
