Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken pieces
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Wash the chicken and pat dry.
    Melt shortening and butter in baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, in the oven.
