Cheese-Ham Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Gouda cheese
1 lb. cooked ham, 1-inch pieces
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut cheese into enough 1/4-inch thick slices to line bottom and side of greased 3-quart casserole to within 1-inch of top.
Reserve remaining cheese.
Mix ham, rice, soup, tomatoes, onion, green pepper and salt; pour into casserole. Sprinkle with walnuts.
Shred remaining cheese; sprinkle over walnuts.
Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, 50 minutes to 1 hour.
