Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 1 doz. large cap mushrooms, washed
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms, careful not to break caps.
    Chop stems and saute with butter and onion.
    Add seasonings and bread crumbs.
    Place mixture in inverted mushroom caps.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Pour milk in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot as appetizer.
