Juna'S Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. fresh parsley, cleaned and chopped
    1/4 lb. Romano or Parmesan cheese
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt for about 5 minutes.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook over very low for only a few minutes.
    Remove from heat and add drained noodles and cheese.
    Mix together well and serve immediately.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
