Marinated Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 center cut pork loin roast
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Bake roast in 325\u00b0
    oven
    for
    35
    minutes
    per
    pound, marinating every 15 minutes
    with mixture of honey, brandy and ginger.
    Roast will be easier to carve if you have butcher cut out the bone.
