1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. carrots
1 can tomatoes, mashed
Preparation

Mix tomatoes with vegetables; add 1/2 cup water and sprinkle tablespoon sugar.
Cover with foil.
Cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
