Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 to 1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix butter and sugar until soft and smooth. Add flour, salt and vanilla; mix well. Add pecans, mix well and drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, not too brown. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar twice.
