Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes (instant are fine)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. very warm water
Preparation
    Place yeast in very warm water; stir and let stand until foaming.
    Add yeast mixture to remaining ingredients.
    Work with hands to make a soft dough.
    Knead from 3 to 5 minutes, adding a little more flour if needed.
    Place in a large, covered bowl.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Make out 30 rolls. Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Use or freeze.
