Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Cut 1/2 of the stems into tiny pieces.
    Mix with rest of ingredients.
    Stuff mushroom caps. Broil 5 to 8 minutes.
