Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to directions on package, but not until soft.
Drain and mix with celery, onion, mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
Pour into baking dish and cover with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
