Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 large can Shoe Peg corn (Mitchell's brand)
    1 can baby peas
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain cans and combine all vegetables.
    Add remaining ingredients together; mix with vegetables.
    Cover and chill overnight.
