Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots
    1 onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Slice carrots and cook.
    Simmer sliced onion in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
