Lasagne - Short Cut Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) seasoned tomato sauce
    1 or 2 envelopes dry spaghetti sauce mix
    2 cloves garlic
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    12 wide lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse.
    Place 1/3 noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 1/3 sauce; add 1/3 Mozzarella and 1/3 cottage cheese.
    Repeat layers twice and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes to cool and set.
    Cut in squares.
