Cream Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz. pkg. sour cream, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine sour cream, sugar,
butter
and salt.
Mix well and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve
yeast\tin warm water in large mixing bowl.
Stir in sour
cream\tmixture
and eggs.
Stir in flour gradually.\tDough will
be\tsoft.
Cover and chill overnight.
