Sour Cream Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dredge steak on both sides with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet; brown steak on both sides. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese; cover skillet. Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender; sprinkle Swiss cheese on steak while still hot.
