Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
    In blender mix zucchini, oil and eggs.
    Add zucchini.
    Mix to dry milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Mix.
    Divide equally and put in two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
