Asian Beef Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef round tip steaks, cut 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thick
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. beef flavor instant Ramen noodles
    1/4 c. steak sauce
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or green onion
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Stack beef steaks; cut into 1 x 3-inch strips.
    In medium bowl combine beef, jalapeno pepper and oil.
    Toss to coat.
    Break noodles into 4 pieces; reserve seasoning packet.
    Cook noodles as package directs; drain.
    Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
    Stir-fry beef (1/2 at a time) 1 minute or until no longer pink.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove beef; keep warm.
