Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boiled eggs
    mayonnaise
    mustard
    Dijonnaise
    paprika
    parsley
    radish roses
Preparation
    Hard cook desired number of eggs.
    When done, plunge into ice water and remove shells.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Remove the yolks to a bowl.
    Arrange white halves on a platter.
    Press yolks through a sieve or mash thoroughly.
    Add enough mayonnaise and a little mustard or Dijonnaise to make creamy enough to fill the egg white shells.
    You can add white pepper and salt if desired.
    Fill the white shells.
    Garnish with a dusting of paprika, parsley sprigs and radish roses.
    Cover and chill immediately.
    Do not leave at room temperature.
