Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice and
    boil squash and onion; drain and add other ingredients, except butter and dressing mix.
    Mix well.
