Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 large onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
chunk of pork

Preparation

Take potatoes, peel and quarter.
Place in bottom of roasting pan. Slice onion over potatoes.
Pepper and salt to taste.
Place chunk of pork on top of potatoes.
Pour boiling water over meat until water covers potatoes.
Roast meat and potatoes until done. Bake at 325\u00b0.
