English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (17 oz.) peas, drained
Preparation
    Grease 6 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    Cover bottom of dish with 1 cup cracker crumbs.
    Layer peas over crackers; layer with slices of cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Add undiluted soup and onions. Layer again with slices of cheese and top with 1 cup cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
