Larramie'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 c. or 1 1/2 cans tomatoes
    1 1/2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground beef.
    Add next group of ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling water.
    Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
    Place 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
    Add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the meat mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Let set for about 1 hour.
