Apple-Cashew Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce
4 medium size Granny Smith apples
4 oz. cashews
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. dried mustard
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Break up lettuce, add chopped apples with peel.
Add cheese and cashews.
Blend olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, dried mustard and poppy seed.
Pour over salad when ready to serve.
