Rich And Beautiful Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 oz. (1 stick) butter/margarine
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chocolate and margarine/butter in heavy saucepan over low heat and stir occasionally until melted.
Add sugar, cream, salt and vanilla; stir to mix.
Remove the pan from the heat and gradually, one at a time, whisk in the egg and the yolks.
Stir or whisk briskly until as smooth as honey.
Pour this mixture over the bottom layer and smooth the top.
