Ham 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. ham, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil or margarine.
    Add ham and saute, then add rice.
    Stir for a few minutes.
    Add the liquids; bring to a boil. Stir.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add frozen peas.
    Stir. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
