Roast Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rump roast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. sausage seasoning
    2 tsp. sweet basil
    2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Oil bottom and sides of pan, then rub oil over meat.
    Make slits in meat and put in garlic cloves.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and rub on meat.
    Fill pan 1/3 full of water.
    Add 2 bay leaves.
    Roast 1 hour at 350\u00b0, turn meat over and roast 1 hour more.
    Cool enough to slice.
    Then put in crock-pot with juice from roasting pan and one large onion, sliced and one large green pepper, sliced.
    Cook 2 or 3 hours on high.
    Serve on French buns with cheese.
