Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    jalapenos to taste
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Let bread thaw and rise.
    In a skillet, brown sausage, onion, bell pepper and jalapenos.
    Drain liquid.
    Roll bread dough flat on floured surface.
    Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Spread half the sausage mixture down center of dough.
    Sprinkle half the cheeses over mixture, then repeat.
    Fold dough over and tuck in ends.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, about 20 minutes.
