Finger Paint - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. starch (Argo)
1 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
1 c. soap flakes (Lux or Ivory, must be mild)

Preparation

Stir starch and cold water together until softened.
Place in a saucepan.
Add 2 cups boiling water.
Cook until thick; remove from stove.
Add 1 cup soap flakes when slightly cooled.
Beat smooth.
