1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (2 lb.) container Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. almond extract
4 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
3/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
3 oz. (3 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 4 cookie sheets.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until frothy.
Add eggs, Ricotta, vanilla and almond extract; mix well.
