Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oats, uncooked
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. catsup
3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 slices bacon, uncooked
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together.
Pack in a loaf pan.
Spread catsup on top of meat loaf.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of catsup.
Cut each slice of bacon in half and place on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Drain, serve hot.
Suitable for freezing.
