Almond Dream Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 graham crackers
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. dried chopped apricots
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch square buttered dish with 9 graham crackers. Combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat immediately and stir in remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup almonds for top. Spread apricot mixture over crackers in dish.
    Top with remaining 9 crackers.
    Press down firmly.
