Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. grated onion
    margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. herbed stuffing cubes
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until tender and drain.
    Saute onions and carrots in margarine until tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in chicken soup, sour cream and stuffing.
    Gently stir in cooked zucchini.
    Put in a large casserole dish.
    Top with 1 cup stuffing cubes that have been tossed with 2 tablespoons melted margarine. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
