Seafoam Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix egg whites, sugar and vanilla together in the top of double boiler until well blended.
Place over bottom pan of boiling water and beat about 4 minutes, or until icing holds its shape.
