Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. long grain white rice, uncooked
1 chicken
Preparation

In 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole, place rice, dry soup mix, bouillon cubes and margarine.
Bring water to boil and pour over these ingredients.
Stir until margarine is dissolved.
Place chicken pieces on top.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
If desired brown top under broiler when finished baking.
