Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated zucchini (raw)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat.
    Add zucchini, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir only.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
