Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can biscuits (10 count)
    3 c. apples, fried
    sugar to suit your taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
    Crisco canola oil (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Fry the apples in butter and sugar until moisture cooks out. Let cool. Add cinnamon. Roll the biscuits into circles and fill with cooled apples. Seal the edges with a fork and place in medium hot oil in a medium size saucepan. Do one at a time.
