Zucchini Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large zucchini (8 c.)
4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. plus 5 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar and margarine to make crumb mix. Put half of this mix in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Peel, core and slice zucchini into small pieces (8 cups).
Put into a cooking pot and add lemon juice. Simmer until tender.
Add to pot, 2/3 cup crumb mix, 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook until thick.
Pour over crust that is in the baking dish.
Add remainder of crumb mix and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
