Pecan-Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 container Wispride Cheddar cheese
    1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    dash of garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry Chablis
    3 oz. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Leave
    cheese
    at room temperature until well softened, then cream
    together.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients
    and blend well. This is best if made at least 1 day in advance.
    A very rich spread.
