Pasta And Cheese Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Prestigo elbows
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. ham, sliced
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. pimentos
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    In a large skillet, brown ham in butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cream, egg yolks, cheeses and paprika.
    Blend until smooth.
    Toss pasta and pimentos with sauce over medium heat.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Total calories for the recipe:
    673 per serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
