Yogurt-Cucumber Refresher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain yogurt
    1 medium cuke, peeled and grated with juice
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dried and crushed mint (fresh if you have it)
Preparation
    Season according to taste.
    Combine all ingredients and serve. Better if allowed to chill several hours so flavors can blend. Serve as a side dish to a meal or by itself.
    Makes approximately 4 cups.
