Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. Japanese sake or white wine
    1 head chopped iceberg lettuce
Preparation
    Wrap chicken breasts in plastic wrap with sake. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes. Make sure that chicken is thoroughly cooked. Cool. Shred cooled chicken by hand into bite-size pieces. Pour dressing over chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Mix chicken and lettuce. Serve cold.
