Patsy'S Special Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 head very fresh lettuce, shredded
4 tomatoes, cut up
1 15 oz can ranch style beans
1/4 c onion, finely chopped
6 oz grated cheese, combine monterey jack and cheddar
1 bag crushed Fritos
1 8 oz bottle Catalina salad dressing
Preparation

After browning the ground beef, add the can of beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, shred the lettuce and add onion, tomatoes and grated cheese.
Toss together, combine lettuce and beef mixtures with a 6 oz bag of crushed Fritos and toss with one 8 oz bottle of Catalina salad dressing.
Serve immediately.
