Creamy Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots, scraped and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender; drain.
    Combine the next 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Add carrots; toss lightly.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
