Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    flavored bread crumbs
    2 eggs, whipped up
    Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
    1 jar Italian style sauce (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Peel eggplant.
    Slice into fairly thin slices.
    Dip each slice in egg mixture, then dip into bread crumbs to coat.
    Fry in oil, gently, until lightly browned.
    Put on paper towels or bag to drain.
