Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix together in dish. Cover with 2 cups Ritz and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
