Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large potatoes
    2 3 oz or 1 8 oz package cream cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp chopped green onion tops
    1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
    To serve, put desired amount in a buttered casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
