Hole-In-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread slices
    butter
    eggs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Very lightly butter both sides of the bread.
    Put into a frying pan.
    Using a round cookie cutter, a biscuit cutter or the open end of a glass, make a hole in the center of the bread slice. Turn the heat on under the pan low.
    When pan is warm and bread starts to toast, break an egg into the hole.
    When the egg is fried on one side, carefully flip with a spatula and fry the other side until egg is done, but yolk is still runny.
    You may also toast the \"holes\" while cooking the Hole-In-One.
